WSG53 Titanium Carbide Rods/Bars
Crushing hammer head type steel bonded alloy products are mainly used for column nails and inserts for crushing hammer heads.
There are generally two ways to connect the alloy to the substrate (steel part). One is casting, where the alloy insert is placed in the sand mold, and the liquid steel substrate is poured into the sand mold cavity for natural connection.
This method is connected with a "T" shaped hammer head, etc; The second is press fit connection, which is to drill holes on the steel substrate and press the alloy into the holes with interference fit. This method is used to connect the press roll of the high pressure roller mill.
The supply status of steel bonded alloy products for mining tools and crushing hammers is sintered. Can be supplied as rough or finished products. The models for the supply of steel combined with gold rough products for mining tools and crushing hammers can usually be divided into two categories: standard products and special-shaped products. Standard types are generally cylindrical (with a height to diameter ratio of less than 2.5), circular, or sheet, while other types are all irregular.
