Product feature: 

Film thickness uniformity, thickness detection error within +-3%, aluminum layer adhesion uniformity.

Corona treatment of the film surface from 44dyn/cm to over 52dyn/cm and effectively increase the adhesion of the aluinum layer.

smoothness in the surface, the film friction coefficient is controlled between 0.4-0.6, the suitable surface roughness can improve the

adhesion between the film and the aluminum layer.
