Polylactic acid (PLA) can be completely decomposed into carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O) under natural conditions after being discarded.

PLA can be made into film products with high transparency, good barrier properties, excellent processability and mechanical properities,and can be used for flexible packaging of fruits and vegetables.

PLA objects can be fabricated by 3D printing, casting, injection moulding, extrusion, machining, and solvent welding.

PLA can form a weekly acidic environment on the surface of the product. It has a basis for antibacterial and antifungal. If other antibacterial agents are used in addition, it can achieve an antibacterial rate of more than 90%, and can be used for antibacterial packaging of products.

Biodegradable bags refer to plastic bags that can be completely degraded under specific conditions. They are usually made of biodegradable materials such as polylactic acid (PLA) and polyester (PBAT), which reduce their stability during production and make them easier to degrade in the natural environment without residues.

Compared with ordinary plastic bags, biodegradable bags have the advantages of environmental protection and sustainability. The degradation process refers to the decomposition of polymer molecules into small molecules through microbial action, hydrolysis, oxidation, and other methods, ultimately forming natural substances such as carbon dioxide, water, and organic matter. The degradation products are carbon dioxide and water, which can be directly absorbed by plants in the soil, returned to the soil, or entered the general environment, and can be degraded without polluting the environment.

1. Q: What's your main material?
Our main materials are PLA,PBS,PBAT and Corn Starch. The materials are 100% Compostable and Biodegradable, they can be degraded into H20 and C20 completely.

2. Q: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
The size of the products (Length x Width), if your bag's have the gusset, also please provide the gusset size.
We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are in urgency to get the quotation,please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry in priority.

3. Q: The printing: How many colors printing in 1 side or 2 sides?
It will be very useful if you can provide your bag's picture. Of course, samples will be best.

Usually 1 tons each kind, the more the cheaper.

You can measure the length, width and height of the goods that need to packing, we will help you calculate the required size of the bag.
